We have strong bonds with our Norwegian timber alu-clad manufacturers, as well as our Scottish uPVC suppliers. The size shape and style  is up to you; whether its patio or bi-fold, fixed or opening windows. We will always offer our customers quality choices.

GROUND SCREW FOUNDATIONS

Ground screws are used for most of our projects. They offer a simple and easy start to your garden room's arrival.  They are in place within 4 - 5 hours, allowing the next stage of the build to begin.

This product offers a low carbon and environmentally friendly replacement for concrete.  Concrete production currently contributes to approximately 10% of global carbon dioxide (CO²) emissions and by using these easy to install screws you not only remove your contribution, but other benefits also include;- no mess created from digging and ground clearance-no heavy, high-carbon, noisy machinery required- local natural features and wildlife are not at risk during the installation process.

ABODO CLADDING

Abodo cladding is timber harvested from New Zealand’s FSC (forest stewardship council) certified highly renewable Radiata Pine forests. However, unlike most other cladding Abodo is thermally modified, and does not use the harsh chemicals used during many other wood treatments. It is this process that allows Abodo timber to stand that test of time while remaining beautiful, durable while being environmentally sustainable. 

LINDAB RAINWATER SYSTEMS


Lindab have been perfecting their process to create high quality steel products for over 50 years.  In recent years developing new methods to allow for a more sustainable and eco-friendly process. 
Lindab’s rainwater systems are designed in an easy to assemble approach, they arrive pre-coated  and made from a high grade galvanised steel that will last even through the bleakest of British storms.

EPDM RUBBER ROOFING

EPDM roofing is an extremely durable synthetic roofing membrane. It's successful track record is boasted by a guarantee of up to 30 years. This results in a less frequent replacement and low life cycle costs, as well as the production of the material having a low energy number means it is a sustainable alternative to the more common felting.
